FAQ

How many hours per week do we have to commit?
Minimum 15 hours per week per booker to keep momentum and quality. Most agents start at 20–25 hours. Managers running multiple agents often have multiple bookers from 20 hours each.
How does billing work?
Hourly rates are USD plus applicable tax. We invoice weekly — every Monday for the prior week’s logged hours. Tax handling depends on your jurisdiction; we’ll confirm during onboarding.
What if my booker has a slow week?
The daily reports and dashboard show you exactly what happened. If a week is slow, we look at why — lead volume, lead freshness, booker pacing, or something else. If it’s the booker, we coach or replace. If it’s something else, we’ll tell you.
What if I want to switch bookers?
You can ask anytime. We don’t have a satisfaction guarantee in writing, but the replacement coverage is exactly this. Tell us, and we move someone in.
Can I pause service?
Yes, anytime. There are no contracts. Reactivation after a 30-day pause may be at current pricing if you were grandfathered.
Do you serve agents outside the US and Canada?
Right now, no. We serve US agents primarily (USD pricing is built for them) and Canadian agents with CAD-conversion acknowledged.

Tell us your lead flow. We’ll quote you in one call.

A 20-minute discovery call. We ask about your lead volume, your current setup, and what’s not working. We tell you whether Standard or Pro fits, and quote you exactly. If we’re not the right partner for where you are right now, we’ll say so on the call — no hard feelings either way.
