These terms govern the Nuvora Link website at nuvoralink.comand the services we provide. Using either means you accept them. “Nuvora Link,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Nuvora Link - FZCO, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Nuvora Link. “You” means the person or business using the site or services.
What we do
Nuvora Link provides managed appointment setting for insurance agents — trained bookers, daily reporting, monitoring, and replacement support. We set appointments. We do not sell insurance, give insurance advice, or guarantee sales, appointment volume, or show rates. Past-performance figures describe our track record, not a promise of your results.
Who can use our services
You are 18 or older, authorized to accept these terms for yourself or your business, and responsible for keeping any credentials you share with us secure.
Engagements, fees, and contracts
- Pricing is on the website and confirmed before an engagement begins. Fees, billing, and scope are agreed in writing at signup.
- No long-term lock-in. Either side can end an engagement on the notice agreed at signup.
- Taxes on the fees are yours, other than taxes on our income.
The free-hours offer
We sometimes offer booking hours at no charge (for example, “15 free hours”) so you can evaluate the service. It is subject to availability and a short setup call, meant for genuine prospective clients, limited to one per business unless we agree otherwise, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the offer at any time and decline it where it is being misused.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Contact only leads you have the right to contact. You are responsible for the consent required for the calls and texts we place on your behalf, and for your obligations under telemarketing, calling-hours, do-not-call, and consent laws.
- Do not misuse the website — no disrupting it, accessing it without authorization, scraping it at scale, or using it to break the law.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, you may receive service-related texts from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services.
Third-party services
We use third-party tools to run the service — Calendly for scheduling, for example. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Intellectual property
The website and its content — text, design, logos, branding — belong to Nuvora Link and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission, beyond normal use of the site.
Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work with care but guarantee no particular outcome — no number of appointments, show rate, or sales. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvora Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You cover reasonable losses we incur from your misuse of the services or website, or your breach of these terms or of the laws that apply to your outreach and lead data.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the site or service, and may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
